Rodrigo Joaquim
Rodrigo Joaquim is a lawyer practising in Brazil and Portugal, admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association and to the Portuguese Bar Association. He holds a Master's in International Law and International Relations, with a specialisation in Social Security and Employment Law focused on international agreements, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
He has solid experience in international immigration planning, with a practice geared towards mitigating the legal, employment and social security consequences of cross-border mobility, safeguarding acquired rights.
His work combines high technical knowledge, sensitivity in analysing questions relating to the international movement of workers and a strategic view of the application of international agreements, as well as in conducting legal and administrative proceedings before Portuguese public bodies, courts and the competent liaison institutions.
Flávia Sousa
Flávia Sousa is a lawyer practising in Portugal, admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association, with a practice focused on Private International Law, Immigration Law, Portuguese Nationality and Family Law.
She holds a Master's in International Law with a specialisation in Migration from the University of Lisbon, as well as a postgraduate qualification in divorce, probate and the division of estates, with experience supporting transnational families and foreign nationals in matters involving international mobility, immigration regularisation, nationality, recognition of family ties and legal coordination between Brazil and Portugal.
Her work combines technical knowledge, sensitivity in analysing family histories and a strategic view for conducting administrative and legal proceedings before Portuguese authorities, civil registries, courts and the competent bodies.
